Time flies... and yes, I'm having fun!

My friends,

Another year has passed (or so my mom says) and what can I say: LIFE IS GOOD! And you know why? That's why:

Also, I'm still totally cute, loveable and as much Tibetan Terrier as ever, I listen extremely well and respond reliably, see:

(A translation of those words? Never heard them in my life. Really. I swear. Maybe..... Sit??? Down????? Come here???????????? STAY??????????????????)

I even help my playfriend fixin' stuff around the house, or, well, actually, to be very honest.... I oversee him... I don't like to say it cause he is really great as a playfriend, but without supervision, this guy couldn't cut it. At all. Really. Never. Ever.

The best times are still those with MY girl Champa. Unfortunately, she had to be shorn the other month, but we still love each other as always (and forever!!!), we're just THE dream team:

Otherwise, I'm just enjoying life, mostly in a (more or less) horizontal position:

My absolute favorite time is WALKIES TIME though, and I think it always will be (in case you're wondering: my "sports group" no longer exists, my mom is looking for a new group in which I can show (off) my agility talent!).

Until then, I'll keep myself busy and strong working as hard as I can:

Anyway, gotta go again now, my mom needs the exercise. *HAR* (as my auntie Brie would say!)

Take care my friends!

My first video

My friends,

Here is an (unfortunately a bit blurry) impression of me at sports. My mom was on vacation, so Champa's mom took me, and this was filmed:

As you can see, I really always do what I'm told, even though I know that sometimes it's not what's expected by the trainers... but that's NEVER my fault. Of course. *HAR* (as my auntie Brie would say).

I will try to upload something less blurry soon!

Your buddy,
Z.

Long time no see....but here come new pictures!

Sooooo.... it's been a while... I've been REALLY lazy and didn't dictate my mom anything to write here.

HEY!!! I didn't say that, Mom!!! STOP FAKING MY BLOG!!!!!

Anway, NOW it's really me. My mom was the lazy one, of course. If anyone'd call me lazy I'd totally laugh my fuzzy little butt off. *HAR* (as my auntie Brie would say)

I'm writing today because tomorrow is my birthday. I will be two years old and I wanted to share a few new pictures with you so you can see how I have grown (not matured, though, of course, that would be very very boring).

Enjoy!

Your buddy,

Z.

Me taking a break after having renovated my house again:

Me wanting to get in by trying to look as cute as possible:

Me trying to find out what the heck may be inside that thaaang:

Me wanting to play

Me being proud of my grandpa who hunted for me (and wondering why in the world he thought I might be THAT hungry!?):

Agility... or... the art of being me!

My friends,

I'm sorry I haven't dictated my mom any news for a long time, but we've been quite busy: My mom took me to dog sports for the first time about a month ago, and we've been exercising a lot since then. But hey, not there's any doubt: I am reaaaally good at it... it's my mom who needs the exercise!

You see, I have to run and jump a lot (yey!), find my way through funny tunnels that often have hidden curves, and basically just follow my mom. I just follow the wurst treat she has in her hands and she thinks it's a totally demanding thing... right... FOR HER! For me, it is really simple and would be even easier if she.... well...............*coughcough* .....as mentioned above, my mom... you know... errrr..... hmmm.... how should I put this diplomatically...

Okay, I'll try: I wish she'd be a bit faster, remember the course better (she gets lost on our way....*sigh*), and be not as blind as she seems to be. When I jump over an obstacle, she runs into it and it falls down. (Sometimes she falls, too...) In other words, not so diplomatically: She is terrible!!!

And I am SO embarrassed when that happens!!! She will have to practice a LOT to ever become any good at this, I think. So I am sure we will visit many more of these "agility" lessons to make my mom fitter and better. I am already perfect at it. Of course. I'm me.

Look, here is a good picture of both of us:

Anyway, I'm really happy that my mom decided to let me try this. I love it!!! By the way: my girl Champa is in the same group, too.... so now you know why I love it double!

Summer time

My friends,

It's SUMMER TIME! I was born a year ago and I must say that this is really the best season of the year (okay, winter is not bad, either, but only if that snow-stuff is on the ground!). It is a bit hot sometimes, but since I have plenty of shade and cool stones to cool down on it's totally okay for me.

The doors are open all the time, darkness sets in really late so that I can stay outside until I go to sleep in my basket, and the mornings are so nice and dry, I simply love it.

My girl Champa and her family often invite us for BBQs, her dad Thorsten is reeeeally good at it, and my mom is at her most relaxed behavior when she is with her friends. I don't have to say that I am the one who loves it BEST, though. Champa and me are inseparable.

❤❤❤

Sometimes, when I sleep over at Champa's house (when my mom is on vacation, whatever that means... *shrug*), her grandma has to physically separate us so that we get a little bit of rest. Which is, of course, not an entirely bad concept because after that, we can continue with our "FluffFusions" even more effectively:

Anyway, I hope all y'all have a wonderful summer time, too!

TTTT (Tibetan Terrier Tips & Trix)

My friends,

I found this shirt on my girl's fan page. One of her followers posted it there (http://www.instagir.com/tag/tibetanterriershirts).

It's basically a "how-to guide" for TTs, at least I think that's what it means, looking at those shapes of the TTs perfectly expressing their behavior when they hear (HEAR! not listen to!) a command.

However, I am absolutely NOT sure what that word "stubborn" means. NEVER heard of it. Must be a hoomin thang. *shrug*

Look:

That's so totally me! I especially favor the blank field. *giggle*

[My mom just said I shouldn't brag... what's THAT supposed to mean now?!? I am the one dictating this blog, am I not!? *tsk*]

But, to be honest, when I think of it hard enough... I do sit from time to time (some treats deserve my attention)... and I do lay down from time to time (when I'm tired, and who wouldn't!?)... and yes, I also do shake from time to time (when I'm wet, of course, and right beside my mom or white walls, preferably, of course).

As far as the other commands go:

- The "come thang"... well. That's really something I haven't perceived as necessary yet. I come when I want to. Isn't that enough!? *sigh*

"Fetch"... Excuse me, FETCH?!? If you throw something away, why in the world would I go get it back for you?!? Sorry. (*thinkingthingsthatmymomwon'ttype*)

-  "Rolling over" is: NOT. FOR. REAL. DOGS. It's only for cute, sweet, lovable, endearing, lovely, charming, delightful, adorable... wait.... uuuuhm....errrr..... forget it. *blush*

- The "stay thang"... no comment. Or, wait, yes, I do have a comment. CLICK THIS (hint: if I go there will be trouble... An' if I stay it will be double...)   That says it all from my point of view. *HAR* (as my auntie Brie would say!)

Anyway, I really am a real good doggie, honestly. When I wanna be. Could this picture lie...???
